Täällä sitä ollaan taas koto-Suomessa. Huen jokimaisemat ja Thaimaan biitsit ovat vaihtuneet lumikinoksiin. Pientä kotiinpaluukriisiä on ilmassa, mutta onpa kiva tehdä taas koruja!! Luvassa on varmasti paljon Aasian inspiroimia koruja. Niitä odotellessa nauttikaahan Joulusta ja vapaista! :)

We're back in Finland. Hue's river sceneries and Thailand's beaches have changed to snow banks. I'm going through a minor homecoming crisis but it's so nice to make jewellery again!! You are going to see a lot of Asia-inspired jewellery from both of us, I'm sure. While waiting for them, enjoy the Holidays! :)

I ordered these just for fun and they turned out to be very nice. They are wooden pendants with an interesting picture, it´s up to you to figure it out. (So they are entertaining as well , it takes time to guess what the picture represents ;) Pendants size is 5 cm.

I tried to photograph a pair of earrings in the evening, and this is the natural light: beautiful blue.

It is definitely the colour of summer nights, so this has to mean that summer is not that far away anymore. (Okay, this is desperate logic...)

Yritin kuvata korviksia illan hämärässä, mutta luonnon valo ei ihan riittänyt. Kuvan sininen väri on aivan kesäyön sininen, eli kesä ei voi olla kovin kaukana enää. (Kyllä, harrastan toiveajattelua ;)

What happens when I get my hands on old buttons: I make jewellery out of them, of course. My little sister wanted a bracelet of these old buttons, so here it is.

Earrings are made of old buttons, stones (from an old necklace) and silver-plated metal.

Mitä tapahtuu kun saan käsiini vanhoja nappeja? Teen niistä koruja tietenkin. Pikkusiskoni halusi valitsemistaan napeista rannekorun, jonka näettekin tuossa kuvassa.

Materiaalina korviksissa on vanhat napit, hopeoitu metalli ja kivet vanhasta kaulakorusta, kierrätys kunniaan!
